We ship all parcels via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3–5 working days.Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rezitek.co.uk with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
The item must be unused and in its original condition (aside from the reported damage).
Claims must be submitted within the 48-hour window.
After reviewing your claim, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damage reported after 48 hours.
Please note: Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are not considered defects. These are natural characteristics of handmade items and part of what makes each piece unique.
